Zelalem Injera is made of processed wheat flour, organic whole wheat, organic barley, Rye, Buckwheat and Teff flour.
The first Injera machine built by Dr. Wudneh Admassu a professor at University of Idaho and Chairman of Department of Chemical Engineering.
